MILITARY TICKETS

The Grand Rapids Comic-Con donates 500 tickets to the service members and their immediate families of the United States Military to attend free of charge on Sunday, November 17th, 2024. This is part of a Military Family Appreciation Day to attempt to give back for the tremendous sacrifices that service members and their families give to protect the freedoms of this nation.

 

“Military service-members” is defined as individuals who've served in any branch of the United States military and are either currently serving or have any type of (honorable) discharge - or family members of those Killed In Action

 

Service members may receive up to four tickets* for Sunday, November 17th, 2024 for themselves and their immediate family. “Immediate family” will be defined as a significant other (husband/wife, girlfriend/boyfriend, or life partner) and children (parent, guardian, or adopted) or grandchildren.

 

You will receive an email once your response has been recorded, and another email once your tickets have been reserved.

 

*up to 4 tickets per household, in order to accommodate as many military personnel/families as possible

 

Check In:

 

On November 17th, 2024 there will be a door at the main entrance to the DeVos Place on Monroe Ave. NW that will be marked “Press/VIP/Military“, please enter that door. Our Staff will check you in, and give you your badges and tickets. You must go through the stanchioned lines to be scanned in and have your bags checked. 

 

You must bring your ID that matches the form submission, proving your involvement in the U.S Military in order to receive your badges.
