Vendor booths are SOLD OUT for the November 14-16, 2025 Grand Rapids Comic Con! If you would like to be added to the vendor waiting list, fill out the vendor application. You will be contacted if requested booth space becomes available.

If you previously applied and did not pay, you were sent an email letting you know you are on the waitlist.

Sponsoring A Celebrity Guest

We do welcome vendors who wish to bring in a Hollywood, YouTube, literary, or comic book guest to sign in their booth. We do appreciate it! However, we do have some rules in regards to having a guest in your vending space at the Grand rapids Comic-Con:

Any Hollywood, comic book, literary, or YouTube guest making a personal appearance in a vending booth must be approved by the Grand Rapids Comic-Con’s management at least 60 days in advance.
The Grand Rapids Comic-Con does have the right of refusal for any celebrity appearance for any reason whatsoever.
“Guest” is defined as any personality signing autographs or distributing materials, whether for free or for a fee, related to their own personal career.

If you want to sponsor a celebrity appearance please contact Mark Hodges at Mark@GrComicCon.com and discuss who you would like to bring to the Grand Rapids Comic-Con.

Once your application is received and approved you will be sent a PayPal invoice for the amount due. If you do not see it, please check your spam box. Booths will not be held nor confirmed until payment in full is received.

*Please note we have updated our rules regarding AI-generated art and NSFW/Hentai/Porn (#11 and 31 on the application). In short, it will not be allowed! We have also updated our cancellation refund policy.

Applications from any vendor with religious or political intent and/or selling items that are religious or political in content will not be accepted. If you apply under false pretense, you will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given. We do not allow harassment/high sales tactics of any kind from any vendor.
