Lenore Zann

Lenore Zann burst onto the entertainment scene at the age of 19 with her powerful portrayal of Marilyn Monroe in the live rock opera “Hey Marilyn!” An award-winning actor/singer, Lenore has performed across North America and around the globe with hundreds of credits in TV, Film, Animation, Radio, & Theatre. But she is best known as the iconic Rogue on “X-Men: The Animated Series” now available on Disney+.

On April 8, 2009, Lenore successfully ran for the Nova Scotia New Democratic Party nomination in the riding of Truro-Bible Hill. Lenore was elected in the 2009 provincial election and served as the ministerial assistant for the Department of Tourism, Culture, and Heritage during her tenure. She served until 2021.

Lenore has also voiced numerous characters in animated shows including Tigra in “Avengers: United They Stand”, Wendy Waters in “Rescue Heroes”, Kitt Wonn in “Dragon Booster”, and Chikara Shisho in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”.
