OddBody is an illustrator local to the Grand Rapids area. Since he was young, he’s had a passionate interest in comics, animation, and videogames. As he grew older and began to seriously pursue illustration as a career, his interests also began to skew towards stranger territory, gaining an appreciation for gothic fantasy, weird horror, and cult cinema. His brand and body of work is largely a reflection of his ongoing fascination with strange, colorful imagery and the nerdy fandom that he’s carried with him from childhood.
OddBody’s portfolio is largely filled with original content, but he also enjoys putting his own spin on the niche properties that have inspired him over the years. Through selling art prints and other merchandise, he hopes to foster an audience with a similar appreciation for the overlap of deep-cut geeky stuff and surrealism.
