Initially flying under the flag of the parent company Custom Processing Unlimited, I decided to

get into the crafting business (specifically making things to sell at craft fairs, conventions and

similar events) after learning to use a laser cutter at a local maker space and creating a

phone stand for myself. My friends and associates like the design so much, they wanted me

to make more for them to purchase. From there it was a matter of being asked to make a few

different types of things and it quickly mushroomed into a full blown (but small) inventory that

I’ve been slowly growing over the last 9 years.

Recently, I have branched the laser engraving portion of my business off into its own thing

under the flag of Nomadic Lasers. And under that name… I make cool stuff with lasers!

Nomadic Lasers offers custom and pre-designed laser cut and engraved novelty items, home

decor, games and gaming accessories made of mostly wood! Customizations and

commissions are available! Plaques, coasters, fidget spinners, dice trays, dice jails, chess

sets, phone stands, knitting, crocheting tools, & so much more!
