Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m an artist, children’s book illustrator, and art educator who loves creating whimsical, colorful, and heartfelt artwork. I am passionate about creating art with elements of diversity, love and kindness, nature, and a little bit of magic.

I have illustrated six children's books to date including "Caterpillar Cat" by KristiAnderson and "The Adventures of Lizzy & Gabby" series by Nesta West. I have also participated in various art fairs selling prints and stickers of my work. 

This year I participated in the Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair, one of the largest art fairs in the U.S. I was one of the few selected from their Emerging Artist program to have a booth at the fair. My work has also been in multiple galleries including the Gutman Gallery and Tangent Gallery. At the Gutman Gallery, my illustration “Wishing” won the People’s Choice award for the exhibition. 

I also teach art classes to kids at the esteemed Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center and have recently begun to teach private lessons. I have been featured in articles by Current Magazine, Artistonish Magazine, Bold Journey, and Shoutout Michigan. I was also interviewed at an art fair by WXYZ Channel 7 News.
