Amanda Vermeer is a multi medium artist - painter, potter, illustrator, maker, and creative soul - living with her husband and their dog in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Art has always been a passion of hers, and she started taking commissions for painted ukuleles in college.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Michigan Technological University in 2020, she decided it was finally time to switch gears and pursue art full time. She launched Amanda Vermeer Art, LLC and now works from her home studio creating original works, including fan art, and selling a variety of items derived from these.
