The Grand Rapids Comic-Con IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GUEST CANCELLATIONS. Sometimes, guests cancel. Whether a schedule conflict arises, or something in their own lives (they're human, too!) In the case of a Guest Cancellation we will refund any Photo Op and/or Autograph tickets, etc. associated with the guest purchased but we do not offer any returns or refunds for Grand Rapids Comic-Con Admission tickets.
